Casa Gallardo, Madrid
In the Western corner Of Plaza Espanya is Casa Gallardo (in Castilian dialect pronounced Gayardo), map), one of the most important objects of Madrid architecture related to the last stage of modernism.
The project was developed in 1911 by the architect Federico Arias Rey, the construction was completed in 1914. In 1997 the Gallardo House was declared a cultural object of interest (Bien de Interés Cultural, BIC).
